classic dill pickle is soooo delicious!!! some of their chips on the shelf we’re EXPIRED. so be cautious with that!!
Loved the store. Bought a lot of stuff, came from Ohio and spent probably over $100. The girls working seemed irritated to have customers, not a single smile or a hello when we walked in when they first opened at noon.(we were the first customers)
Tried to get samples and they acted like I bothered them and even talked over me and walked away to help a different customer as I was telling them what I wanted to try. Didn’t buy any pickles because of that. Get better people and I might come back. Very rude. Still love the shirts and cup and other novelties I bought
Update: the owner reached out to me over email and sent a free care package of all the pickles I never got to try! Great customer service after having a bad experience in store! Thank you LPC!!😊 The pickles I got to try are amazing and definitely some new favorites, and I have enough to share with family and friends😊💚🥒

Good pickles, staff however was not very helpful and did not offer to help or to try samples.

Lancaster Pickle Co always goes above and beyond for great service! We ordered pickles for delivery and when something went awry with the post office, Lancaster Pickle Co provided AMAZING customer service to make things right! (PLUS their pickles are the BEST ever)
Pretty unhelpful staff, had to ask them if I could try stuff, should be the other way around. Why the bother even prompting me for a tip if you didn't even greet me? The staff basically didn't want to do anything. Idk if it's a payment issue or what, but I had to ask if I could sample stuff (staff should obviously know that I want to) and then she seemed annoyed that I even asked. Then I had to ask about prices cause it's no where in the store, and the unhelpful employee clearly didn't care to inform me (this is really a management issue, list your prices clearly). Then I get the pickles in container that is almost certainly going to open up without some sort of protection,.like a basic bag, I had to ask for a bag as well for my pickles that are just in a flimsy plastic container.
The dill pickles tasted mushy, idk if it was just the dress or what but it wasn't good. The spicy dill was pretty good though, id recommend only if you want to put up with some crazy slack jaw gen z stare service
I’ve been going here for years, love the new location, new owners, & i Love the pickles so much. I tried the lemon pepper the other day & i Haven’t stopped thinking about it for days. Every pickle I have , store bought, taste literally awful compared to Lancaster pickle company. Garlic & lemon Pepper definitely recommended
Stopped by yesterday while being in town, I do not consider myself a pickle person. It was such a pleasant experience with the new owner. I tried a few samples taco, lemon pepper, and candy flavor. I have a big sweet tooth so candy one won my heart I took some home . Loved it highly recommend
Amazing pickles! Happened upon this store while wondering around Lancaster and was pleasantly surprised. The quality of pickles is really amazing and the flavors are great. We ended up getting an order of the horseradish and honey mixed with a scoop of candy pickles, and a garlic and onion (I think it was onion 🧐), and they both were fabulous! We stayed in a hotel that night and accidentally left them in the fridge. We ventured back over 20 miles to make sure we had our pickles! Customer service was great and a cute little shop to visit.
Came in for a weekend and found this place. Friendly service. Great pickles. Highly recommend.
I stopped by Lancaster Pickle Co. and tried the horseradish honey pickles they were so good! The perfect mix of sweet and tangy with a little kick. The owner was super nice too, you can tell they really care about what they make. Definitely a must try spot in Lancaster!

Love everything about this place starting with the OWNER 🫶🏼. Pickles are the best. But the Garlic cucumbers are top tier for summer salads my fav! A must try when in Lancaster PA area.
The pickles are SO good. I got garlic & onion, my boyfriend got dill, and my SIL got lemon pepper. Everyone loved. My only complaint is I wish I could have them shipped to where I live now! - UPDATE you can have them shipped!!!
The Lancastee Pickle Co is by far, in our favorites for Lancaster! Whenever I have a friend visit from out of town, this is on our list of places to show off 🥰

This is your center for everyone Pickles! There were more pickle loving and French Bulldog novelties than actual pickles, but that’s ok! They had everything you could want for the pickle loving person in your life. Glassware, candles and even emotional support pickles!

There were about 6-8 pickle varieties to sample (the honey horseradish one and the pickle salad were our favorites). Our favorite pickles are the half sour and the bread and butter pickles. The shopkeeper let us know how those two types are loaded with sugar, and that all their pickles use zero sugar. We didn’t realize they were that bad, but whatever, it was nice to hear that explanation! so yes, the pickles here top-notch, they let you sample everything, even pickle juice in the refrigerator!

We were visiting from Oregon. Loved the garlic and dill & regular dill pickles. The best we have ever had. The olives were amazing as well. The owner was a great host, and we got to sample before we purchased. I wish I could take these on the plane.
I didn’t get the owners name but he was so nice and hospitable!! had the cutest dog ever too, and it smelled just like pickles in the store! He has a very nice selection of pickles and uses no salt or vinegar. So glad i stopped by and will definitely be back next time i’m in town!
