How does FIRST25 work?

FIRST25 takes 25% off your first one-time order. Shop at least $60 in products before discounts and enter FIRST25 at checkout, or use the apply button above. Four $16 quarts cost $48 with FIRST25, before shipping and tax. One use per new customer. Subscriptions are excluded. Cannot combine with other product or order discounts.

How much comes in my box?

Choose 2, 4, 6, 8, or 12 quart containers of pickle chips. Each quart is $16. A 2-quart box is $32; a 4-quart box is $64; 6 quarts are $96; 8 quarts are $128; and 12 quarts are $192, before any shipping, tax, or optional extras. Choose different flavors or multiples of the same flavor.

How do you ship refrigerated pickles?

Your order ships in insulated packaging with cold packs. These are refrigerated pickles: refrigerate them when they arrive and keep them refrigerated.

How much is shipping?

Every order is packed cold in an insulated box with gel packs and shipped Monday–Wednesday, so your pickles arrive fresh and never sit in a warm warehouse over the weekend. Shipping is a flat rate by box size: $29.95 for up to 4 quarts, $39.95 for 6–8 quarts, and $49.95 for 12 quarts — anywhere in the continental US. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories are calculated at checkout. You can review the full total before paying. The order minimum is $30 before discounts.

What if my order arrives damaged or something is wrong?

Please contact us at hello@lancasterpicklecompany.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help make it right. Because pickles are perishable, we do not accept returns. See our refund policy for details.

Do I have to subscribe?

No. This box builder is a one-time purchase. A monthly subscription is a separate option; it is not selected automatically.
